About Edge

Technology matters. Understanding your business matters more.

Edge Solutions Group was founded in 2006 with a simple belief: technology should help people accomplish more — not become another problem they have to manage. That idea has remained constant even as servers became cloud platforms, offices became distributed workforces, cybersecurity became a board-level concern, and AI began changing how knowledge work gets done.

We're built around partnership

We don't believe exceptional technology service can be delivered from a distance — not geographically, but relationally. The deeper our understanding of your business becomes, the more valuable we can be as a partner. That's why many of our strongest client relationships last for years.

What we believe

We believe in ownership

Take responsibility for producing the outcome. Technology problems rarely respect organizational boundaries. We work to understand the complete situation, bring the right parties together, and help drive issues toward resolution. Either way, we can help own the path forward.

Technology decisions should make business sense

There are endless products an organization could buy — that's not the same as knowing what it should buy. Sometimes the right answer is a major investment, a process change, automation, training, or occasionally not to buy anything at all. Our job is the right outcome, not selling another product.

Security is everyone's responsibility

Technology providers occupy a position of enormous trust. We maintain sophisticated security for our clients and hold ourselves accountable to rigorous practices — reflected in our SOC 2 Type 2 achievement.

AI needs management, not hype

AI may become one of the most significant productivity technologies of our careers, but it creates real questions around security, privacy, accuracy and governance. Our Managed Intelligence practice starts with the business problem — not the technology.

We respect internal IT

Many organizations we serve already have capable technology professionals. We don't view those teams as competitors — we view them as partners. That belief is the foundation of our Co-Managed IT Services.

We value clear communication

Technology can be complicated. Communication doesn't have to be. Our engineers explain problems and recommendations in language appropriate for the person we're speaking with — a CIO, a CFO, or an employee who simply wants to know when they can work again.

Kind. Competent. Accountable.

Our clients have described Edge as kind, competent and relatable. We think that's a pretty good standard to live up to — curious people who care, communicate, take responsibility, and that our clients genuinely want as part of their team.

Where we're going

IT, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, data, automation and artificial intelligence are increasingly connected. Organizations won't benefit from managing each discipline in isolation. Edge is building toward that future — to become the trusted technology, cybersecurity and intelligence partner for sophisticated organizations that value both deep capability and genuine partnership. As we grow, there is one part of Edge we don't want to lose: the ability to know our clients, understand what matters to them, and behave like we're genuinely part of their team.
